Our community offers a limited number of apartment homes through an attainable housing program that provides reduced rental rates for qualifying households. This program is intended to support individuals and families across a variety of professions—including education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, public service, and more—who want to live in the communities where they work.
Eligibility is based on household income and other qualifying criteria. We encourage you to review the income guidelines to determine if you may qualify.
Due to program requirements, applications for these apartment homes must be completed directly with the leasing office. Please review the application checklist below and contact our team to begin the process.

Most recent 4 weeks of consecutive paystubs are required
Income verification other than employment (SS, SSI, monetary, pensions, etc.)
Previous 2 year's tax return (if self-employed)
What do I need to Provide?
To begin the application, please present the following documents:
Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
Income Verification Items
Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets
2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
